2.1 Merchant Information

You do not create an account with us. When you install Netaj from the Salla App Store, Salla shares your store details with us — store name, store identifier and domain, and the merchant’s name and email address — so that we can set up and support your workspace. Your subscription is billed by Salla: we receive your plan and subscription status from Salla and never receive or store your payment card details.

2.2 Store Visitor Data

Once the app is installed, Salla injects our tracking script into your storefront and we collect anonymous visitor data including: page views, click coordinates, scroll depth, device type, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and screen dimensions. This data is associated with anonymous visitor IDs, not personal information. Input fields, phone numbers and addresses are masked in the visitor’s browser before anything is sent to us.

2.3 Experiment Data

We collect data related to AB testing experiments including variant assignments, conversion events, and experiment results. This data is used to calculate statistical significance and determine winning variants.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about how you interact with the Netaj app inside your Salla dashboard, including screens visited, features used, and actions taken. We use this to improve our Service.

When you uninstall Netaj from your Salla dashboard, tracking stops immediately and we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
