Is there a Salla app?+
Yes. Netaj is available in the Salla App Store with one-click install. Once installed, the tracker is automatically injected into every page of your store and connected to your Netaj dashboard.
How does it handle Arabic and RTL?+
Arabic and RTL are first-class, not an afterthought. The dashboard, visual editor, surveys, and reports are all built RTL-native. Heatmaps render correctly on RTL pages, recordings preserve text direction, and A/B test variants can be authored directly in Arabic.
Will it slow down my Salla store?+
No. The tracker is ~6KB gzipped and loads asynchronously after your page is interactive. Recording and survey scripts only load when actually needed. Netaj has zero impact on Lighthouse performance scores or Salla page speed.
Can I A/B test the Salla checkout?+
Yes. You can run A/B tests on the Salla checkout — including payment method ordering (Mada, Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay), shipping option presentation, coupon field placement, and trust badges. We respect Salla's checkout flow and never block transactions.
Does Netaj respect Salla's coupons and loyalty program?+
Yes. Netaj only observes and experiments on the front-end UI — it does not interfere with Salla's coupon logic, loyalty points, wallet credits, or order calculations. All conversions are tracked from Salla's official order events so your revenue numbers match exactly.
