How do I get Netaj on my store?+
You install it from the Salla App Store — that is the only way to get Netaj, and it is the whole setup. No signup form, no password, no code. Once installed, the tracker is injected into every page of your store automatically and Netaj opens from the apps menu inside your Salla dashboard. Your plan is billed through your Salla subscription in SAR, and uninstalling from Salla stops tracking immediately.
How does it handle Arabic and RTL?+
Arabic and RTL are first-class, not an afterthought. The dashboard, visual editor, surveys, and reports are all built RTL-native. Heatmaps render correctly on RTL pages, recordings preserve text direction, and A/B test variants can be authored directly in Arabic.
Will it slow down my Salla store?+
No. The tracker is ~6KB gzipped and loads asynchronously after your page is interactive. Recording and survey scripts only load when actually needed. Netaj has zero impact on Lighthouse performance scores or Salla page speed.
