Plan limits explained

Pageviews, recordings, experiments — what each one means and how we count it.

Plan limits explained

Each Netaj plan has three usage limits. Here's exactly what they cover and how we count them.

Monthly pageviews

Every time the tracker fires a pageview event on any of your sites, it counts. Repeat visits by the same person each count separately. Tracker fires for verified websites only — script-served-but-not-verified doesn't count.

Session recordings

A recording is created when a visitor session is captured for replay. We only record up to your plan's limit per month — once you hit it, recordings stop until next month's reset.

Running experiments

The number of experiments in running state at any moment. Drafts and completed experiments don't count. If you're at the limit and want to start a new one, pause an old one first.

What happens when you hit a limit?

Tracking continues — we never silently drop your traffic — but the recording piece pauses for that month. We send an alert at 80% so you can upgrade before it bites.
